  4. There could be a lot of reasons why a Canadian won't poop, although if I had to guess, it's probably a stress problem. They don't do well with change and they get overstimulated very easy. If you keep it in a loud room with a lot of people banging on the glass all day, then try to make your Canadian feel more at home by adding some pine needles or shaved ice to its terrarium. Their bodies tell them they've got to next and so you need to give them the tools to scratch that instinct itch.

If it's the winter months then your Canadian probably needs to hibernate right about now and its insides are all confused. You're going to have to feed it fish skins and keep it in a dark, cool place for a few days and maybe it will sleep it off.

Now, if you're somebody with a disability and you've got a helper Canadian, then it's real important that you take it to the vet as soon as possible. Canadians have got immune systems on account of bad breeding and sometimes when they get real sick they'll attack their owners. I knew a woman in North Dakota that had a Canadian and it ended up biting her all over her arms and tried to rip her face off. A deputy had to corner it at the edge of town and shoot it dead. That doesn't mean yours is going to go crazy if it can't poop but you never want to take any chances. They're good pets but they've still got a lot of wild in them.
